Local Specialties: For over 50 years and across three generations, the Hansen family at Tvedemose farm has developed expert knowledge in cultivating and processing mushrooms. Situated on Zealand between Næstved, Vordingborg, and Præstø, Tvedemose began producing mushrooms in 1963 with an annual output of 30 tonnes. Today, their production has grown significantly to 1,000 tons of mushrooms, including 15 tonnes of specialty mushrooms and 250 tons of organic champignons each year.
